This was my favorite place on our Italian vacation. The little cove was peaceful, almost like having a private beach, with ocean air, friendly people, and some of the best restaurants around. Be ready for what feels like a lifetime of stairs, but it was perfection.

The sunrise was magical, and the water here was clearer than at other beaches along the amalfi coast. Getting to the place means climbing 200 steps, and parking can be a long way off, but it’s worth every step. Stefano replied very quickly, and we were satisfied.

The location of Casa della Marina is right on the water, and the view is fantastic. For the price, it’s hard to beat. It’s secluded enough to feel like a gem of its own, while still close to Amalfi and positano for a quick boat ride. The amenities matched what was described. Staff helpfully picked us up in Amalfi and took us to positano, and the nearby restaurants brought us our evening meals. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here.

Right on the beach, this is a unique property with Mediterranean style and a very romantic setting.
