Kinderhotel Adriana

A lovely family holiday with our baby. The staff were so kind, the food was great, and we felt comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful week at Hotel Adriana with our three children. The location was fantastic, and Ledro Lake is just a short drive away. We rented a pedalo with a slide there; the beach was clean and pleasant, with a good supermarket nearby. There’s also a Coop only a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel. Our room, 404, had plenty of space for all five of us, with two children in the bunk bed cabin room and our youngest on the sofa bed in the main room. The staff were lovely, always ready to help or offer advice, and both the food and service were excellent. I’d recommend paying for full board, since lunch was the best meal of the day, with fresh meats cooked in front of you and amazing pasta dishes. Great value, and a really lovely week away.

I expected this place to be in the same league as the two kinderhotels we’d visited in Austria, but we were very disappointed. The kids club, including the teen club, had few activities, and the staff seemed careless. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our children there. Our room in the new wing was good, but the old building felt outdated and its amenities were poor quality. It was also worrying to cross the busy little road between the old and new buildings. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We paid €1250 for a week and had a separate bedroom for our 16m old. My wife, our child, and I couldn’t have asked for a better family stay. We don’t speak Italian or German, but the other families made us feel welcome. There was so much food and attentive service, all in the best way. Everything felt planned, and if something came up, they sorted it out. The food was really nice, with plenty of variety, and everyone was friendly, from the cleaners and restaurant staff to reception. The dark haired lady at reception was especially helpful to my partner and always said hello to our little one. It’s a special, high value experience, and staying here has made us think about this brand for the future. If you can afford it, do it. It’s lovely.
