The apartment was huge and beautiful, and it went well beyond what I expected. I loved having breakfast on the front terrace at sunrise, with a generous Italian breakfast and a view. Inside, there's a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a huge, luxurious bathroom. The hosts even offered us dinner, which I hadn't expected. For a longer stay, there's also a spa and a treehouse. A lovely option for seeing what Italy has to offer between Roma and Toscana.

The spa for two is private, comfortable, and has everything you need. The apartment is wonderful, meticulously looked after, and fully equipped. The hosts are lovely people, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I'll definitely come back❤️

Marco and Barbara made us feel pampered from the moment we arrived, and gave us great tips for dinner and excursions. The apartment has every comfort, especially the bathroom with its whirlpool tub, which is well worth trying. From the treetop terrace, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast and a splendid view, with nature and quiet all around. It's a beautiful B&B in a strategic spot for getting to Marmore Falls and Greccio. A truly unique stay, highly recommended!
