We stayed on April 24th and 25th, four adults and four children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was beautiful, spotless, and the grounds were huge and well kept, with soccer goals out back and lots of space for the kids. The owner was very kind and helpful. It's a great base for visiting Marmore Falls.

The big, shaded garden is a real highlight for families. The children can play safely while you watch from the loggia, sitting on the little sofa. The house itself is spotless and has everything needed for a stay, with room for large families, even more than one, or a group of friends. The owner is friendly and helpful, and you can tell she welcomes guests with real passion. The beds are very comfortable, and the air in Contigliano is so soporific that even the kids rest well. There's a bar, supermarket, and pharmacy within a kilometer in the village, and Rieti is about ten kilometers away. Terminillo, the Marmore Falls, and the San Francesco di Greccio route are also just a few kilometers away. Highly recommended if you want to recharge and relax.

That large garden makes it a good choice for families too, since children can play safely. Gorgeous place, perfect for a weekend with friends.

It was just right for me and my baby, and they accept pets too. A beautiful, spacious, welcoming villa.

We spent New Year's Eve in this wonderful house and had a lovely vacation. There was lots of space, everything was very clean, and the hostess was genuinely helpful.
