The hotel sits on the outskirts of Conversano. It has a pleasant layout and a large pool, and the room was a good size with nice furnishings. Check-in and checkout were quick and efficient, and the friendly staff gave us useful information. The room service and cleaning need improvement: there was mold around the shower and quite a lot of hair in the bathroom, especially in the shower. Breakfast was disappointing.

The spa felt luxurious, and I highly recommend the experience. I had two wonderful massages, one with Annabella and one with Maria Theresa. They were both attentive, gracious, and did excellent work.

The food is the main thing for me here. The meals have been some of my best in Italy, and breakfast is fresh every day. I've stayed before, and this place keeps getting better. The rooms are large, new, and very clean, and the staff are always smiling and so friendly. There's a big pool as well as a kids' pool, and the spa is amazing, with great masseurs.

The outside of the building looks old and worn, though the refurbished interior feels much nicer. The breakfast was basic but fine, and the soap was great :) Our room and bathroom were both spacious, and parking was easy thanks to a huge, secure lot. There was a party in town, though, and the soundproofing didn't keep the noise out.

Breakfast on the patio was amazing, and the pool was nice. You do have to wear a swimming cap, but they sell them there. The hotel's in an industrial area, though that didn't bother us. It was an easy ten-minute drive to Polignano and Monopoli, making it a handy base for the surrounding area. The bathroom felt worn out and the wallpaper was peeling. The room fridge didn't work at first. After we reported it several times, they got it fixed on our final evening. There's room to improve how complaints are handled. For example, a free cold drink or a discount would have been a nice response when a booked service wasn't available.
