This summer was our second visit to Hotel El Patio, and we were lucky to spend four lovely days there again. Massimo and his team were as welcoming as ever, helping with travel questions and car hire and suggesting great local restaurants. We also loved dining at the hotel. Alessio looked after us wonderfully, and both breakfast and dinner were a treat, with delicious dishes and a lovely range of wines. Dinner felt like a tour of local Italian food, from Truffles and Eggs to plenty of pasta, fresh salads, and heavenly desserts. We left full and very impressed by all those local flavors. We’re already tempted to return next summer for a third stay and see more of Perugia and the surrounding area. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel El Patio for its warm hospitality, wonderful food, and memorable stay.

We only stayed for one night, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was inside. Everything was very clean and renovated, and the towels were soft.
