The price was really good, and the rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. It’s a quiet spot, though a little out of the way.

We were there as a couple with our three-year-old. You can request a cot for an extra charge. The hosts were warm, kind, and quick to respond to what we needed. Our room and the shared bathroom, used by four rooms in total, were spotless; towels and bathroom soaps were provided too. It’s very peaceful, and parking is right outside the entrance, though the property is right by the road. You’ll need a car to visit places of interest. For the low price, we found it much better than other hotels and would definitely recommend it.

We left our motorcycles in the garage thanks to the owner, which we really appreciated. It’s a lovely place for a stop near Perugia, tucked among greenery in a very peaceful setting. The rooms felt welcoming and had been renovated nicely. Recommended.

The owner was very kind, and the bathroom was unusual in a nice way, clean, and smelled great. The rooms were lovely and cleaner than average, with a very comfortable bed and pillows.
