We felt comfortable throughout our stay thanks to the kind, welcoming, and professional staff. The reception team’s suggestions for places to ski and visit helped us enjoy our time so much more. Hernan, Silvia, Sara, Francisco, and Mohammed were all friendly and upbeat, always smiling and ready to help. Our sincere thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality and for making the stay so pleasant and memorable. Apologies if we’ve misspelled any names. We’d happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

A great hotel, with comfortable, spacious rooms, lovely views, and warm hospitality. The Bistro food was really delicious. The crew were fantastic, and Silvia deserves a special mention for being so helpful. You should all give yourselves a pat on the back for a great job.

The room was perfect, and I loved that even the bathroom was heated. It was warm and comfortable when I got there, and just right for a shower. Breakfast was okay, though there wasn't much variety. My only disappointment was about something I’d arranged in advance. A month before my trip, I asked whether they could prepare a charcuterie board for my arrival, along with a corkscrew. I was told to ask reception when I arrived, but after checking in and asking, I was told they couldn't provide either. The people who answered me were the issue, not the staff I met in person.

The room was modern and comfortable, with everything we needed, plus a balcony. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, and the staff made us feel welcome. We only stayed one night while travelling around the Dolomites, but wished we’d booked another. We arrived around lunchtime, when the nearby Lago di Sorapis trail was busy, and the road and other car parks were packed. Still, we found a space in the hotel's back car park without any trouble. They even let us park before check-in so we could go for our walk straight away. There isn't much right around the hotel, since it’s in a mountain pass, though nearby towns and villages are a short drive away. We went into Cortina d’Ampezzo for dinner, then had a scenic drive of about 15 minutes back. We even saw a stag crossing the road. Breakfast, which costs extra, and light snacks are available at reception, but we didn't get to try them. There are some great walks nearby, so we'd definitely recommend it.

We only stayed one night, and I wish we'd booked several. The room was spacious and quiet, with a skylight that made it feel really relaxing and a beautiful view of the Dolomites. I usually like trying new places instead of returning to the same hotel, but I'd absolutely come back here.
