Lajadira Hotel & Spa

The new hotel complex has lovely, spacious rooms, nicely furnished and comfortable. It’s a nice hotel a little outside Cortina, with a very nice spa, pool, and sauna. Breakfast is generous and good, though it’s a shame it’s in the basement. The restaurant has a delicious menu but is in that same room. The bar is just as good, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The spa was perfect and well equipped, and our room was spotless, with a beautiful balcony and an awesome mountain view. We had an amazing honeymoon at Lajadira. From the warm welcome onward, the staff gave 10/10 service throughout. We enjoyed two great dinners in the really good hotel restaurant, where the service was amazing, and breakfast was really good too. Thank you for a great time in Cortina!

We didn’t get the chance to have dinner at the hotel, though we’re sure it wouldn’t disappoint. Breakfast was very good, and they can prepare an earlier one to go if you’re heading out for a hike. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were warm, always ready to help with any questions, and went out of their way to suggest alternatives for our trekking and hiking. A wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely come back.

We spent four nights here. The hotel was very clean and minimalistic, and the spacious room was comfortable, with a large shower and good water pressure. They even left candies on our pillow with the turn down service. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. We did a lot of trekking and didn’t have time to try the spa, but it looked amazing. The shuttle van was handy, and Augusto took us into town a couple of times. When it was raining, he kindly helped us with umbrellas and dropped us as close to town as possible. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel.
