Fine for a night. It's by a big road near Cortona, and breakfast at 8 am was an Italian pastry with pretty good coffee. There were loads of mosquitoes in the room!

Cristian gave us such a warm welcome and was attentive to every detail. He's also a great cook, and the local dinner he made was delicious, especially the pici all'aglione. The room was spacious and spotless. The property is also well placed for visiting several Tuscan towns, including Arezzo, Cortona, and Montepulciano. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return. Massimo and family.

We had a wonderful time eating here, from breakfast through to a private dinner. The B&B has a special, homey feel, and the hosts, Cristian and Tatiana, were kind, professional, and very helpful. Our rooms were very clean and air-conditioned, with water and fruit left for us. We stayed two nights with friends and hope to come back soon.

We had dinner there on Saturday, and Cristian offered us several menu choices. The dishes were delicious, and we had a really enjoyable evening. Breakfast was plentiful, both sweet and savory, with cappuccinos, coffee, scrambled eggs with bacon, plus yogurt, jams, cold cuts, bread, and focaccia. Cristian and Tatiana were so kind and helpful that we felt at home. We booked the whole property for a weekend with friends. The rooms were spotless, simply but practically furnished, and had everything we needed; the photos were accurate. The location made it easy to get to Arezzo and Florence, and we also visited Cortona. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.
