The apartment is roomy, and four of us stayed comfortably. It’s just steps from the center and has Sky TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The main drawback is that there’s no bidet in the bathroom, which Italians may find a major issue. The washing machine is in the kitchen, but the drying rack upstairs isn’t very convenient. Still, it’s a good choice for a weekend or a short stay.

We’re still here, which says a lot. The apartment is stunning and designed with care right down to the lighting, furniture, and appliances. It has two refrigerators, a freezer, and a stovetop in the loggia. The best in Cortona.
