The one downside is how hard it is to book. We should have planned a year ahead, since this place is so popular. We spent four years in a row here, starting in the villa's first year, and watched all the plants grow. It became our favorite place we've ever stayed. My husband and I have traveled a lot during our 14 years together, and we're hoping to come back for a longer grand tour of all our favorite spots. Michelle was a wonderfully attentive host. He kept the pool clean and left us little surprises most mornings, like flowers, cake, or tourist information, before going to work. We never saw or heard him, almost like having a morning elf. It was lovely waking up to those treats. The villa inspired us to buy a holiday cottage in the uk, and we put what we learned from Michelle into it. Thank you for that inspiration! There's a huge pool, plenty of space, and great facilities, including an outdoor BBQ area. Both rooms have their own bathrooms, and the dishwasher was a must for us. The WiFi was good enough for remote work. The location is amazing, with a short drive to Florence, Sienna, Orvieto, and lovely Cortona.

The pool was a real highlight, clean and spacious, set in a peaceful garden. The villa was welcoming, well looked after, and had the comforts we needed for a relaxing break. Thanks so much to the owner, Michele, for being courteous, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Michele would surprise us every other morning with a lovely tray of treats and information about local events, and the pool was cleaned regularly. It's a special place for us, and we love coming back. The charming little home feels like our holiday paradise, a quiet spot to unwind. It's spotlessly clean and well maintained, with everything you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, and heating. Towels, bath towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and more are provided, so you really don't miss anything. There's a large fenced property and a fantastic private pool. I could keep going!
