The food was outstanding, and we really enjoyed our stay at Cottage Aliseo in May. Barbera, the hostess, was thoughtful about what guests might need and offered advice or help whenever something came up. A fantastic property in a location I’d gladly recommend. Tina and Martin

Our cottage was beautiful, and the grounds were pristine. Barbara made us feel like family. We also loved the cooking class, where we made pasta from scratch along with three appetizers. A great villa for a stay in Tuscany, highly recommended.

You get to learn how to make Italian dishes, then enjoy eating them. An excellent cooking course.
