We were impressed as soon as we arrived, both by the setting and the property. The gardens and outdoor spaces were kept beautifully, and in summer there’s a large pool with a whirlpool. The apartment was huge, furnished with quality pieces, and had everything we needed. Even with a park all around, the quiet was only gently broken by birdsong. Mrs. Maria Grazia and her husband were so kind and helpful, making us feel at ease and helping us enjoy those lovely days. We booked three nights after the website gave us a great impression, and the stay turned out to be impeccable and enchanting. I hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

You’re surrounded by vineyards and olive groves at this well-kept agriturismo, which has several apartments and a small cottage. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful, and everything is in excellent condition. It’s well placed for trips: Lake Trasimeno is only 10 minutes away, Montepulciano 30 minutes, Assisi 50, Siena and Spoleto an hour, and Florence a little farther. Mosquitoes were the only nuisance, though that’s country life everywhere. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
