The food was genuinely good, and the place has a lovely atmosphere. But the service didn’t live up to the dishes. When I called, I was told they had no space and weren’t taking walk-ins, yet they eventually found room for us when we arrived. During the meal we waited a long time to get anyone’s attention, most staff didn’t seem very welcoming, and paying the bill took ages. Even our goodbye on the way out got no response. I may have expected a bit more from the service.

The setting was beautiful, and I loved how colourful all the rooms were. I was only there for dinner, and the food was really good. It was busy, though, so we waited a long time for it.

The staff made us feel so welcome, and the food on our half-board package was amazing. It’s a great little hotel in a beautiful part of the world. We’ll definitely return!

We didn’t have time to come back, which was a shame. The restaurant food was delicious, and guests who aren’t staying at the hotel can choose from a good variety on the à la carte menu. Best of all was our waiter, who was wonderfully friendly and helpful.
