I adored the spa and spent almost every afternoon there. We also had a couple of room-service meals and some à la carte dinners, all lovely. The service team was fantastic, with Francesca leading the staff. We had a phenomenal trip here late last summer. Before we arrived, Lara was warm and professional in our communications. Meeting her in person was even better: we immediately felt looked after and welcome in someone’s home. We upgraded to a newly renovated two-bedroom room, one of my favourites among the five-star hotels I’ve stayed in while travelling. It had a luxurious tub, an infrared chair and a wraparound deck. I genuinely miss the place and wish the team all the best for the winter season.

Both breakfast and dinner were amazing, with dinner feeling like a fine restaurant meal touched by a chef. The hotel itself is beautiful, with large, comfortable rooms, and the spa is a very high standard, a genuinely relaxing place.

The Wellness facilities were a nice bonus, as was the warm presence of the ever-present Matriarch. We had wonderful dinners, with personable, informative waiters like Francesca and Santiago looking after us. Lara at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Our upgraded room had stunning views. I thought the four hours we spent at Hotel Marmolada were the best I’d ever had at a hotel. Excellent value and wonderful service, with spectacular views from our room at least. We’re already finding a reason to return.

The pool was gorgeous, with a lovely view and design. There was a nice area to relax with flavoured water and almonds. Staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful that we felt at home. Parking right outside the hotel was a big plus. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a small fridge, kettle and tea, a walk-in closet, and a mattress that was just the right firmness. Breakfast had a great selection, lots of fruit, a juicer for making your own juice, gluten-free bread and cereal, peanut butter and different jams. They made coffee on a proper machine, not the watered-down kind you often get at hotel breakfasts. There’s nothing I’d change. I’ll definitely be back.

The food was unbelievable. We loved the rooms, the view, the things included, the brilliant staff, the pool and the wellness area. And fossils and dinosaurs too, yep! We enjoyed this hotel so much we want to move in. Thank you.
