We had an amazing week here in January. Skiing right back into the hotel was a highlight, and the spa was top notch. The staff were superb. It’s a great place for a ski vacation, and I’ve already booked the same week for next year.

We stayed with an Akita Inu, and the staff were very friendly to both us and the dog. Our stay was in the second half of June 2023, with half-board included. Breakfast was a standard continental buffet, while the chef’s menu changed every evening and was amazing. The hotel has been freshly renovated, with great room design, furnishings, and finish. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and exceptionally clean. An absolutely amazing experience, highly recommended!

The food is superb, and after skiing I love unwinding in the sauna and hot tub. Corvara is a really nice town and the location is top. I’ve come here three years in a row for our skiing holiday, and I’m always excited to return.

The hot chocolate was delicious and so thick I needed a spoon. I went for the alcoholic amaretto version, then had a toasted farmers sandwich with a weissbier, followed by a double espresso machiatto. Everything was delicious. I came for food, chocolates, and hot chocolate, and took only 12 chocolates home. If I’d tried them before leaving, I would’ve picked up another 40 for the trip home. Until next time!

The waitress was really nice and patient. I came for coffee and cakes, and both were amazing. The Sacher and Black Forest cakes were delicious. I’d come back for those cakes...
