The pool and spa facilities were among the best I’ve experienced. The only reason I’m giving four stars is the 4€ charge to change a swimming pool or spa towel, since they insist you use two separate towels.

The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself feels big, old, and tired. The shared bar gets rowdy in the evenings. The spa was okay, though the booking system limits availability, and the restaurant was okay too, nothing more.

We had a great week on half-board, with the hotel right below Sasshongher and a pool and sauna to enjoy. Our room had a terrace and panoramic views, and it was spotless and spacious. The real highlight was the food at breakfast and dinner. There was plenty of everything, with endless appetizers, three first courses, three second courses, plus fruit and desserts, all served buffet-style without limits. And it was all very good quality. Excellent!

The shuttle to the slopes was quick and efficient, and having Kostner Sport ski hire and ski storage right in the hotel was excellent. Sara looked after us so well, she was friendly, attentive, and lovely. The restaurant was excellent too, with plenty of different menus and buffet choices. We ate so well that we probably gained 2-3kgs in a week! It’s a lovely place for a ski week in one of Italy’s top resorts. The facilities are great: a spacious dining area, a large indoor and partly outdoor pool, a modern spa and sauna, and lovely rooms. The room can get very warm at night, and the central heating makes the air dry, so you might want to bring an air humidifier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
