B&B Erifra' Piccolo Hotel

We liked it so much that after heading on to Sicily, we came back to stay here for a few more nights. We first stopped in Cosenza while driving to Sicily, as it was getting late, and found this B&B on Hotels.com. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was fantastic, and the location was great. Just outside the entrance there are trendy local bars and restaurants, plus the city's walking street with lovely boutique shops. Couldn't have asked for a nicer room or a better spot. A full five out of five stars.

The location worked well for me, close to a long central walkway lined with shops, restaurants, and some lovely sculptures. The room was comfortable and had shampoo, though there was no soap, and the air conditioning was nice. Breakfast isn't served on site, but you get a voucher for a nearby café, which was fine.

We had lovely, contemporary accommodation for five of us. Giovanna and Mario were attentive hosts and helped us find places to eat and shop. I wish we'd had more time to stay. Thanks to them for everything!

I ended up not staying here, but I saw loads of great reviews on three different platforms. When I asked about a last-minute booking, they replied quickly and were really helpful. Maybe next time!
