Staying at Casa Elisa felt a bit like being welcomed into a family home. The place is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the house has all the amenities you need, from a washing machine to board games. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Its convenient location near the hospital, supermarkets, cafés, bars, pharmacies, and more made my stay very comfortable. Especially recommended for the great price!

Getting into the city center and to the monuments was easy from this spot. The apartment was roomy and kept in good shape, with kitchen appliances that seemed almost new. It also had Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and the owner was kind without being intrusive. For parking, the hospital lot nearby worked best for us: it has video surveillance and a fair rate for a multi-day booking. Street parking around there can be hard to find, and you'd have to pay for it too.

A great base for seeing Cosenza, close to the center, with excellent hospitality. I’d happily recommend it.

The furnishings looked brand new and were good quality, and the place felt warm and welcoming. It’s also very comfortable and conveniently located. The owner was wonderful, kind, and always ready to help. I’ll definitely return.

After I’d already paid for a month, the landlady, who was kind but crafty, wanted to sublet the house I’d booked.
