Antonio was a lovely, responsive host and answered all our questions with helpful local suggestions. We were a family of five staying at Civico 27 in September 2022, and would gladly recommend it to people coming to Cosenza. We booked the three rooms on the top floor, which gave us two balconies with spectacular views. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot days.

The owner was really pleasant, and the rooms were accommodating, each with a private bathroom. Loved the place!

We had a great stay. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, even with the fussy family members.

A nice spot, and an interesting place to stay.

The parking setup was handy, with a reserved spot in a closed indoor area and quick access to the stairs and elevator. We also found the place exceptionally clean, with new, comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, and a private balcony with tables and loungers. There’s a veranda with a lovely view, plus a 24-hour equipped area with a kitchen, refrigerator, hot and cold drinks, and snacks. It has amenities you don’t always find even in a hotel. Restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket, hospital, bars, and the city center are all about a 5-10 minute walk away. Mr. Antonio was attentive, easy to reach, and good at anticipating what guests might need. For our trips to Cosenza, Civico 27 will be our regular choice.
