The rooms are welcoming, the views are breathtaking, and the property is well maintained, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle. The owners are like the neighbors everyone would love to have, kind, helpful, and ready to meet your needs. It was such a pleasant surprise. You'll leave a little sad that the vacation is over, but happy for the experience.

The terrace and relaxing pool garden look out across the Piceno hills and the Sibillini Mountains, with a glimpse of the sea. It's easy to get to the coast or explore the nearby villages from this well-kept residence in the heart of Piceno. The owners are kind and welcoming, and serve excellent breakfasts made with local products. I loved chatting with Violetta and her husband, who can suggest good options for your holiday. This place was a wonderful surprise, and I highly recommend it.
