Hotel Au Coeur Des Neiges Spa & E-bike

We stayed for three nights in fall and had a lovely spa, meal area, and grounds to enjoy. The e-bikes were actually very nice, not the lower-end kind you often find. Parking was easy, either paid in the garage or free right beside the property. The property is beautiful, though its rustic style can make it look a little worn in places. I imagine it takes a lot to maintain a place like that. The people, the setting, the property, and all the little details were excellent. I think we’ll be coming back for years, all the way from the US.

We ate several meals at the hotel and they were all delicious. The gardens and grounds were lovely for relaxing and taking in the views, and it was easy to walk into town. Our room was incredible, and the staff were the best hosts, even providing tiny bathrobes for our children. As a family of four, we loved staying here.

We came back for a lost item after I’d already left, and the team helped me enormously to get it returned. They’re friendly, professional, and happy to go the extra mile. The apartments are truly beautiful, alpine chic with a classic yet contemporary feel. They have modern amenities while keeping the heritage and culture of this lovely little Italian alpine town in the design. And the pool and spa are incredible. The food is good, with high-quality regional classics that warm you up after a long day on the slopes. It isn’t experimental or painfully hip. The location is perfect too: about a 5-minute walk to the lift, with Courmayeur’s boutiques, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in a three-bedroom chalet and loved it, especially the excellent internet connection. The hotel has beautiful Alpine design and lots of thoughtful details. The front desk runs like a Swiss clock, anticipating what you might need or want, and the whole team is welcoming, professional, and glad to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Between the wonderful restaurant and the gorgeous heated indoor pool overlooking the mountains, it was a 10/10 stay and a beautiful holiday memory.
