Le Talus Residence

Lorella was always happy to suggest excursions, and even called us about a rafting trip with a discount for friends. We stayed with three dogs and had no problems at all. The apartments are cute and thoughtfully designed, with Wi-Fi, a TV, kitchen, refrigerator, and a clean bathroom of a good size with a shower. Everything seemed very well run. We'd gladly come back and recommend it.

The place is lovely and the view is nice, and being only five minutes from the slopes is handy. There are private parking spaces, which helps avoid a mess with the cars. As the sign suggests, three stars feels about right. The rooms cover the basics, but it would take a little renovation to reach four stars. Still, it's a magnificent spot. The Wi-Fi isn't very strong.

We had a wonderful stay, and the owner was so friendly and kind. The residence is welcoming and almost right in the center. Our studio was lovely, carefully furnished, and had everything we needed. The place itself is magnificent. Thank you!

The floor was filthy, and the duvets didn't seem clean either. Sound carries from one room to another so badly that there is practically no soundproofing. We were freezing because the owner only put the heating on for around an hour in the evening, and we ended up sleeping in our ski underwear. We told reception twice, but nothing was done. In a mountain resort, heating should be a priority. The first night was when the nightmare started, despite the staff seeming very nice at first. I'm extremely disappointed. The owner did nothing after we reported the problems, and it felt like sheer stinginess. Outrageous!
