The food was fresh and varied, and Natale and the other waitstaff looked after us at breakfast each morning. Georgia at the front desk was helpful, and thanks to Barbara for answering all our questions and letting us practice our Italian. Stephano drove the shuttle to and from Dollone cable car, which made it easy to snowboard every day. We spent four nights in February, with sunny skies and mountain views from our spacious Junior Suite on the top floor. Novacento is a cozy base in Courmayeur, just a short walk from the pedestrian area. It’s also a short drive from Geneva and easy to find by car. There are only five underground parking spaces, and they cost extra.

We had a lovely stay in this quiet, charming hotel in the mountains of Courmayeur. Martina welcomed us warmly in her traditional dress, and we felt at home right away. Our room was comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view, antique wooden details, an electric kettle, tea and coffee, and a TV with Sky channels. The bathroom was clean and well kept. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, and the restaurant staff were friendly and greeted us with genuine smiles. There’s free outdoor parking, or a garage for €20 per night. The spa looked nice, though we didn’t get to try it.

The spa and sauna were superb, and the hotel service was top class. We stayed in March 2026, with snow falling overnight and a real winter wonderland outside. We’d certainly visit again if we get the chance.

Being right in the center of Courmayeur was especially handy for hiking, since the buses are always full at this time of year. Our group of four had nothing but good things to say about the accommodations and the helpful staff. The hotel’s interior and atmosphere were comfortable, and breakfast each morning was exceptional.

My husband and I travel a lot, but we’d never before left a hotel with tears in our eyes. The welcome and the staff’s kindness made such a strong impression, and Natale and Adam especially went out of their way to make our stay feel personal and warm. It was hard to leave, and celebrating my birthday there was an absolute joy. The food felt Michelin-star level, and the wine, facilities, and staff were all exceptional. We truly hope we can come back one day. Thank you for such a memorable stay!xxx
