The rooms were cosy, and I loved the good breakfast. Service was really friendly, the friendliest I’ve come across so far on my extended trip around Europe. It made me feel at home even though I’m so far from home. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the old town centre.

The rooms are older, but they’re spacious, and I’d gladly stay here again. The bathroom could use the biggest update. Staff were amazing and so helpful, and the air conditioning worked really well, which was great in summer.

We loved staying here. The hotel was stylish and well maintained, with spacious rooms and air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly, went out of their way to help, and even remembered our names. Its location in Crema was perfect. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. On both visits I only booked the day before, but they were accommodating and let me arrive early. The air conditioning worked very well, and the breakfast facilities were good. I’d highly recommend it.

The apartment we were upgraded to at the back of the Ponte di Rialto hotel was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. It made our two nights in Crema wonderful, aside from the mosquitoes that somehow got into the room in the warm weather. The reception staff were welcoming, and the charming receptionist arranged bike rentals and always brightened our day with her smile. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast and its wide selection, served between 7am and 10am. The hotel is very close to the historic city centre, and we’d gladly recommend it. We were lucky to get the apartment when we arrived, instead of the room we’d booked. Many thanks again.
