The place was very clean, and both the bed and bathroom were great. My only other positive was that the Signora was kind. Getting there by bus wasn’t easy, and it’s 3.4 km from the town center. There’s no sign anywhere, so we arrived and spent 40 minutes searching in the rain. The lighting felt like the Middle Ages 😂, though otherwise the room was good. Breakfast was very skimpy for this price range, and compared with places in larger cities right in the center, this seemed a little expensive.

It’s on the outskirts, and while bus G goes there, it doesn’t run until late evening, so having a car helps. The owner was an absolutely lovely, helpful person. The room was nice, with a double bed and a bunk bed, though the lighting was dim and its switch was outside the door. I was comfortable here overall, especially given that it was affordable and clean, and the owner was so kind.

I had a very large, spotless room with everything I needed, and the bathroom was spacious and clean too. The owner was friendly and always available when guests needed something. She also provides suitable food for people with intolerances or allergies, which is much appreciated. There’s parking on site, and it’s a quiet area just minutes from central Cremona. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, dating back to the 15th century. Guests in the two upstairs rooms share a kitchen and living room. Nearby, the lovely 15th-century Church of San Sigismondo is worth visiting.
