The apartments are large and spacious, set among a few big villas in an idyllic spot, and the staff are very friendly. The pool was much less busy on weekdays, though it filled up at weekends when outside guests were welcome. Nearby, J63 has great home-brewed beer, and La Leccia, just a few hundred metres away, is an award-winning restaurant.

We only used the pool, and it was really nice. You can buy a day pass for the whole day or half a day, with an umbrella and chairs included. The bar staff were very helpful.

People are nice, and the swimming pool is great. The house is spacious, but several things were missing or not working: there weren't enough spoons and forks, the shower leaked, some tiles were broken, and the toilet wouldn't flush.

The staff were very helpful, and the garden and pool area had plenty of sunbeds, plus a snack bar and shower. Parking is behind a gate, with the key included alongside the apartment keys. Our apartment, Apt Tulipana, was clean and functional. The location is great, just 20 minutes from Pisa airport. The village has L'Angelo, a local pizza place that's mostly takeaway but has some seating, and the pizzas were really tasty. Pitti & Friends is a great restaurant about 1 km away. Great value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it.
