The food is high quality, and the owner is super friendly. He always checks how you’re feeling during the meal and whether you’re enjoying the food. I’d call it the best restaurant in Apulia, and every tourist should give it a try and taste the local cuisine. It’s a small place, so book in advance or you might not find a table.
