The balcony had a beautiful, far-reaching view, especially around sunset, and we had quiet, peaceful nights. The rooms and the inside and outside of the building were clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers were amazing, and the wifi was fast. Air conditioning was available if needed. The staff and neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how much tech the building had: everything was maglocked and controlled from your phone, so there was no need to keep track of room keys and getting around was easy. One of the best places we've stayed during our vacation. If we're in southern Italy again, we'll come straight back.

The cleaning lady was so nice and ready to help with anything. The apartment was lovely and very clean, with a large shower, a comfortable bed, and all the basics for cooking. Even the small pool was always clean. A really nice place, congratulations.

The staff made us feel welcome right away. Terry and Angela, who looked after the rooms, and Sabrina and Dora at the bar were kind, helpful, and happy to answer our questions. They even got us an iron for our wedding dresses at a very reasonable price. We were there for three days and two nights in August for a relative's wedding in Puglia, at a farmhouse 10 minutes away. Check-in had a set time, but when we arrived early, they kindly got our room ready and let us leave our bags inside. The app, which you register upon arrival, made it easy to open the gate, main door, landing door, and room. There was a small internal parking lot where we left our car. Our room was tidy, and the bathroom was extremely clean. It had air conditioning, which helped us manage the hot nights, and a small balcony where we could hang laundry or sit at a table. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned and tidied as if we'd just arrived. There's a small bar on the ground floor for a quiet breakfast, and guests can use the little pool at the entrance at any time of day. The first day, the staff seemed welcoming and friendly, but by the second day they were rude. We were there as a couple for two nights in September. The location was inconvenient, and although the room was decent, there were several issues: the mini-fridge cost €10 per day, the balcony was shared, and there was no bidet. The breakfast wasn't what it seemed either, they only served mini croissants. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I won't come back.
