Our booking had been lost, and the host left us stranded in the street during peak season, when everything nearby was fully booked. She was extremely rude and tried to put the blame on us.

I’d just driven 1200 km from Genoa with my girlfriend when I arrived. I rang the intercom, got no answer, then called and spoke to a woman who rudely said I should have booked by phone. I had booked on the website and paid by card in advance. The hotel was completely full, and so was Crotone, leaving us out on the road. I have the invoice and other evidence, and I’ll report you.
