Ilarie offers the things I look for in a B&B: clean, quiet, spacious rooms with thoughtful furnishings, a generous and varied breakfast, and a professional team that puts in real effort. It's only a few metres from the Crotone seafront and a few hundred metres from the historic centre. There's parking, so you can leave your car there for your whole stay. I travel to Crotone often for personal reasons, and after many years of trying different places, this is the best property I've found. Since I discovered it, I haven't stayed anywhere else.

The booking process seemed settled: I reserved two rooms through a dedicated website, received confirmation by email, and was asked to pay a deposit to an IBAN in the owner's name. Then the lady rented our rooms to someone else. She let us know by text, and didn't answer when we called back right away. We'd already booked flights and a rental car based on the room reservation. Who's going to reimburse us? I had to choose a star, but this place doesn't even deserve that.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the seafront is very close. The owner runs the place with real professionalism. A lovely place to stay in Crotone.

The owner was so kind, and the property felt clean and welcoming. It's right in the center and close to the beach. The only thing that might be improved is the heating during winter.

Since late December, I've stayed here several times for work. It's a comfortable, spotless B&B, thoughtfully put together, and has that at-home feeling. They take great care of guests and provide every comfort and service. The price is excellent for what you get.
