Check-in times were very rigid. We arrived late, couldn’t check in, and had to find somewhere else to stay.

The owner provided great service, and the location was great too.

Clean place in a nice location. It was nice.

10/10
Matteo was especially thoughtful, always available, and attentive to what his guests needed. Our room was welcoming, well cared for down to the details, and much more spacious than the average B&B room. The location made it easy to visit central Cuneo and explore the area around it, and there was free parking nearby. We had a wonderful stay at B&B Chevalier and highly recommend it.

6/10
The room was fairly new but very minimal, and breakfast was almost nonexistent. The service felt unwelcoming, inflexible, and inattentive to guests’ needs, despite the central location.
