We had a lovely family lunch in this authentic osteria. The Piedmontese dishes were typical and very well prepared with excellent ingredients. Service was friendly and efficient, and the sommelier suggested a great bottle of Nebbiolo at a reasonable price. We didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms or accommodation service.

The food was nicely cooked, and my fish was delicious, though there was so much rosemary that it covered the taste of both the fish and the sauce. The portions also seemed smaller than I expected for the price, and we waited a long time for our order. The name Sends Fretta almost seemed like a slogan, judging by the wait. We arrived spontaneously and the staff welcomed us warmly, finding us a table without a booking. The inner courtyard is beautiful and feels very Italian. We had a nice time, but personally I wouldn't come back.

The one thing going for this place is that it's open when normal places with tasty food are closed. The staff don't seem trained to deal properly with tourists, and none of them speak English. We're not required to learn Italian just to eat here. My risotto was oversalted, with some strange cheese that had the texture of melted snot. If you don't know how to cook, in my opinion, it's better not to do it. They put us in the backyard, which felt like a damp, very cold basement even though the restaurant had lots of empty seats. The food took a long time to arrive, and the toilet was dirty. I can't recommend the place. Given how rude the manager was, please don't bother replying to my review. All the best to you.

A wonderful time, with great service, food, and setting!

The room was clean and had all the amenities listed on booking.com, including a kettle, tea, coffee, and A/C. It wasn't especially spacious. I stayed one night in a first-floor room facing the inner courtyard. The location is good, right in the city center, though the center itself isn't especially exciting. The balcony sits directly above a neighboring restaurant's terrace, so evenings aren't quiet. There's no real view either, just the shabby back wall of another building, as shown in the picture. Check-in was a major problem. It's only available from 6 to 10 p.m., which is much too late. I arrived soaking wet after a hike and waited more than two hours to get into my room. You can drop off luggage before 6, but only after the owner, who wasn't there, called a kitchen assistant to unlock the door. There's no lobby where you can wait. Your luggage gets locked inside, and you have to leave and come back at 6. Booking.com advertised “with breakfast,” but all we got was a voucher for one croissant and a coffee at a nearby café. There's no breakfast room or anything like that. Compared with the generous breakfast buffets at similarly priced Italian hotels, it was pretty ridiculous. All in all, a disappointing stay and definitely not worth 100 euros. I wouldn't book again.
