Alessandra, the owner, was friendly and always around to suggest places to see and somewhere to eat. She even surprised me for my birthday. We spent three days visiting towns across the provinces of Ascoli and Fermo, and the property worked out as an excellent base. I'd recommend the pink room with the sea view.

Our room was always clean and smelled fresh, and we had a wonderful stay in the Marche region. Alessandra is sociable and makes you feel at home. She was always available with ideas for places to visit and ready to help with any request, while making sure we felt pampered during this lovely holiday.

The place itself is fantastic, but the owner's rudeness ruined the stay. For a whole week, breakfast was the same cakes and fruit, and the breakfast room was never cleaned. Our rooms were cleaned only once, after we insisted. She was quick to message on WhatsApp, but wouldn't even come say hello unless we pressed her for a receipt. The treatment was terrible.

Cupra Marittima is small and really cute. The B&B was top notch, with a clean, spacious room and an owner who was incredibly kind and helpful. She even baked us delicious muffins. Highly recommend!

We were treated very kindly by the hosts, who were always available. The apartment was beautiful and the view was exceptional. I'll definitely return.
