Villa Marchetti

The house stays cool in summer, was clean inside, and was very well looked after, including the garden and pool. The view is breathtaking, over the hill toward the sea and the old town of Marano with its historic castle. The restored country house has ground and first floors, with a lawn on two levels and an outdoor pool that makes it a relaxing place to stay. It sits in the Cupra Marittima hills, just behind the lovely view of Sant'Andrea Castle. Inside, the period style remains, with a striking multi-style stone floor. Definitely worth seeing.

Our whole family, children and grandchildren included, loved the setting, the vineyards and fruit, and the fantastic house with its wonderful pool. Breakfast each day at the big table under the canopy was excellent, and so were the barbecues and meals we had at home and at different restaurants. The wines you regularly gave us were such a thoughtful gesture. We’ll soon open the gift wine with the children and remember the house as we enjoy it. We’d certainly repeat this holiday, though we haven’t figured out when yet. With kind regards from all of us, Walter Dornscheidt.

We had such a lovely stay at “Paradise,” dear Tommaso. The whole house felt like a dream, with a wonderful pool and a setting that’s hard to describe. Your warm hospitality made us feel as if we really were in paradise. We’re grateful for the wines you generously shared with us again and again, and they were a real treat. We’ll hold on to these memories of a fantastic holiday for a long time, and would love to return.

There’s a pool, a panoramic terrace, and a porch with a barbecue, plus plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The sea view is lovely, and the beaches are only three minutes away. Absolutely worth it!
