Belvilla by OYO Rose di Fratta 2

I came back for a second stay and had forgotten how noisy it gets. Local kids ride their motorbikes up and down the street all night, which makes sleeping really difficult. The apartments are also missing a lot of the kitchen equipment they used to have, so they aren't fully equipped anymore.

The pool is nice, and there's plenty of room in a lovely setting. The location is super convenient, too. Just be aware that the busy intersection makes it noisy all night.

Roberta and Fabrizio are what make this place so special. They run the residence, but they're also genuinely kind and caring, and made me feel like family. I spent two wonderful months in an apartment that was spotless, with comfortable beds and high quality linens. It had everything I needed for an easy, comfortable stay in lovely Cupramontana. I was there from October to December, so I missed out on the pool, but the garden is beautiful and spacious. I'd give this residence 100 stars if I could. If you're coming to Cupramontana for a few days or longer, stay at Rose di Fratta!

We were welcomed warmly when we arrived. Our spotless apartment had bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, and was equipped with every comfort. The hill views were beautiful. We spent a week at this lovely residence, which is in a great spot, close to the center but surrounded by greenery and very peaceful.
