We rented the whole farmhouse for a weekend with the family, at a great price, and had a really fun, relaxing stay. Benedetto had everything ready: a warm house, breakfast supplies, and firewood for the fireplace. That wood made our Saturday night barbecue fantastic. And our dogs send thanks too! The village of Cusano Mutri is a real jewel of the Sannio. Go there 😍

We stayed here for the Cusano Mutri festival and were treated very well by the kind gentleman who runs the place. It's beautifully kept and clean, and the location worked out well. Breakfast was excellent and the wifi was great.

Benedetto, thank you so much 🥰 We'll definitely come back. The owners were lovely and helpful, and the house was in great shape, carefully looked after. It's a beautiful villa with lots of space for kids and every comfort, including a fireplace with wood provided. It's also easy to get to Bocca della Selva, plenty of walking trails, and the town center. A perfect place to get away from the crowds, surrounded by greenery.

Such a dream for anyone used to the chaos. The owners are lovely and even made our Maremma puppy feel welcome.
