The rooms themselves were very nice and clean, but the check-in and breakfast arrangements were disappointing. The place was empty when we arrived, and we waited about 30 minutes before someone showed up. He said he wasn't the owner and was only helping out, handed over our rooms, then left shortly after. For breakfast, we were given a piece of paper and told to go to a coffee shop in the nearby town. Calling this a B&B feels misleading.

We had a great stay and will definitely return. Antonio was welcoming and kind, with plenty of tips, including where to park just a few meters from the festival entrance. We were there for the festival, about a kilometer away, though walking there in the dark isn't advisable. The property is quiet, very clean, and well looked after. Just two small suggestions: the shower towels could be a little bigger, and a few extra pillows would help people who need them.

We've come back for the second year to attend the Cusano Mutri festival, and it worked out really well again. The owner was so kind this time, even taking us to the festival so we could park safely a short walk from the center. Everyone was friendly and available around the clock, and they gave us a voucher for breakfast the next morning. The place is cute and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and ideally located for the festival. We'll be back next year!

The owner is very helpful, and the B&B is spotless and close to the center of Cusano Mutri. There's no bar or breakfast room, just a shared spot where guests can make coffee or tea. Italian breakfast is served at one of the property's partner bars in the town center. Even with that setup, it earns its five-star rating in its own way.

We’re so glad we found this B&B, and we’ll definitely return. It sits in a beautiful natural setting, and the rooms were spotless and well cared for. Antonio is a kind, gracious owner.
