Cusanarella Mia

Breakfast was wonderful, and we were warmly welcomed for our one-night stay. The place was clean, inviting, and smelled lovely. Everything felt just right. I highly recommend it.

The view from this well-located building was stunning, and everything inside was clean and lovely, with care given to the little details. The lady who greeted us was so kind. Thanks for everything, I'd happily recommend it.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, and a special thanks to Angela. We'd like to return next year and see more of the area's attractions. There's free parking nearby, and the town is easy to explore from this excellent location. The property is maintained down to the smallest detail, with lovely comfortable rooms, spotless throughout, and a nice breakfast lounge. Really, everything was excellent.

The property was very clean, but several parts of the stay didn't match what we'd expected. We booked directly and asked for a triple room because there were three of us, but found a camp bed instead of a proper third bed. The room was unbearably hot. We knew there was no air conditioning because the website didn't mention it, but it was still hard to cope with the heat. We had to leave the windows open, and with no screens the mosquitoes tormented us. Breakfast was just the bare basics, while the reviews and information we'd seen had led us to expect a larger buffet. The toiletries were minimal too: three shower gel sachets for three people, plus an unlabeled bottle in the shower. In response to your kind reply, which clearly shows your resentment, I want to clarify that I was simply describing my own experience. We didn't ask you to add a third bed; we requested a triple room when booking directly because there were three travelers. Your remark about the minor's document also seemed beside the point. Current regulations no longer prohibit a breakfast buffet, so you can arrange the service as you wish, but the information should be updated to avoid disappointing guests. The same applies to parking, since the website lists free parking as an amenity. I'm surprised you were disappointed about our arrival time a month before the stay. If it didn't suit you, you could have said so and we could have agreed on something. Finally, the toiletries could have been left out altogether. An unlabelled bottle in the shower wasn't reassuring. I hope this experience gives both of us something to think about. Sincerely,
