Appartamento Stellamaris

The only downside was the lack of windows: there is one in the living area beside the door, and you need a little airing out when you get back. Even so, it didn't spoil a great stay. The apartment is clean, has everything you need in the kitchen, plus a washing machine, which mattered on our long vacation, and air conditioning. It's in a welcoming small village with amenities within walking distance, and the hosts are always kind and ready with advice. The apartment is well maintained, and the main sights and the province's best beaches are within a half-hour drive. We recommend it for a longer stay in the Trapani area.

Rosanna and Salvatore were the real highlight. They helped me in every way over those 10 days, and they're wonderful people. A huge thank you from two true Turin natives, Andrea and Giulia :) The house was beautiful, with spotless cleanliness, a comfortable clean bed, a lovely bathroom with everything needed so we didn't have to buy anything, and kitchen utensils that were just right. The air conditioning worked perfectly, too. It's in a welcoming, family-friendly little town with services just steps away. The nicest Trapani-area beaches are an easy 3- to 30-minute drive. Five stars don't feel like enough, highly recommended!

The hosts were kind and helpful, and the place was clean and centrally located in town. But it's a real problem if you don't want to join the patron saint's day celebrations, since they're held right below the balcony. The singing and laughter went on until 1:30 AM. The house is really suited to two people, not four, sofa bed or not. The sofa-bed room has no air conditioning, and the windows have no screens. There's no button to open the front door, so you have to go downstairs to let people in. The tiny closet also only has room for two, not four. In the shower, there's no non-slip handle, and I nearly slipped. The overhead water also makes it hard to shower without getting your hair wet.

The owners were incredibly kind. The house was new, spotless, and calm, in a really convenient location. Ok
