Nicola was friendly, quick to answer messages, and helped with a couple of extra requests. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and practical, and offers excellent value for money. We also found the village ideal, with a few restaurants, a sandy beach, pleasant walks, caves our kids loved, and a nature reserve. It made a convenient base. There’s a small shop and bakery about a mile away. The pictures show the villa and the village.

The setting is quiet and close to the sea, with lovely views and a beautiful garden. These new villas are large, clean, well equipped, and private, and the location works well for trips around the area. Nicola was kind and very helpful, suggesting interesting places to visit and making sure nothing felt like a problem. Thank you, we recommend it. Five stars don’t feel like enough.

Nicola was a very good host, and the villa had nice facilities and a lovely garden. With laundry changed frequently, it felt more like staying in a hotel. There are nice beaches within walking distance, and the location sits conveniently between San Vito and Trapani.

The villa is huge, with a yard that gives you plenty of privacy, and it has all the comforts of home. Nicola is a wonderful host who does everything he can for his guests. We had a great experience and would happily return.

There’s plenty to explore on foot in the picturesque area around the villa. Nearby, Grotta Mangiapane is an open-air museum with a cave settlement, and the scenic trail around Mount Monte Cofano makes for a lovely hike. Set aside half a day for that walk. Back at the house, we enjoyed dinners on the terrace by the beautiful garden, with views of Mount Monte Cofano and gorgeous sunsets. The villa is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with up-to-date appliances and a lovely garden. The owner was attentive and very friendly.
