Serenè Resort

We went a little off season, when some services were scaled back, and still had a wonderful, relaxing, fun stay as a family. The ocean was gorgeous, very clean and clear, with a pleasant breeze under the umbrella on a hot day. There isn’t much tourist sightseeing nearby, but the club itself is the main attraction, so that wasn’t a problem. It’s a smaller and less spacious place than the other Bluserena clubs we’ve visited. That means short walks to everything, which is handy with a four year old who needs a toy from the room immediately or only wants to use the room’s toilet. It could feel crowded if fully booked. The food was excellent, varied, and nicely presented. The enthusiastic team worked hard each evening, and the waiters kept clearing dishes. Rooms were clean and nicely laid out, nothing special, but we didn’t spend much time in them. The evening shows were a lot of fun even though I don’t speak much Italian. The presenters and dancers really put their hearts into it. The team and stage setup were smaller and less advanced than at the other Bluserena clubs, but their creativity, talent, and effort more than made up for that. Guiseppe’s heartfelt poem about the life of an "Animatore" at the end of the week really struck a chord. I clapped my hands off :D As the only German in the club, I had to "represent". Thanks to the whole team, especially Marco and Giuseppe.

Such a relaxing all inclusive break, and the animation team was top notch. Ricardino’s aqua fitness was full of energy, and the evening shows were really entertaining. I’d definitely recommend it for a family holiday. You won’t be bored!

We were kept waiting five hours for our room, and check in was tedious and badly organized. The staff were rude and inept. Stay away from this sham of a hotel.
