We spent a week unwinding in the peaceful Salento countryside, well away from the noise and stress of village life. With centuries-old olive trees, prickly pears, and those traditional scents all around, the setting feels incredible. It's also a handy base for going from Otranto to Gallipoli. One word: UNIQUE!!!!
