I've stayed here regularly, and it's my first choice in Boario. It's family run, with staff who are friendly, highly professional and efficient. I've always been happy with both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is popular with locals and workers.

The owners were so kind and made our stay really pleasant. Breakfast was tasty too, and we'll definitely come back.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, and breakfast, though small, was fresh and tasty. The hotel is right next to Terme and has a huge outdoor parking area. We lost the metal key to our room, but they didn't charge us and handled it with such grace. Albergo Sorriso may have three stars, but the experience felt like five. Bravo!

What stood out most was the food and the service. I stayed for a week full board and enjoyed every meal. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with exceptionally friendly, efficient staff. I speak no Italian, but many staff members spoke good English, and everyone was happy to help. The website describes the rooms honestly. It's well placed for the train and bus stations, the thermal spa and EuPaTh centre. The restaurant is popular with locals, which is always a good sign. I'd love to return soon.
