The balcony looked out on a stunning mountain landscape. Parking was easy too: when the main lot was full, we could leave the car right at the hotel entrance. Our flight was delayed, so we got in quite late, after 1:00 AM. Before flying, we'd called to let the hotel know, and they assured us it would be fine. Check-in went smoothly, and we were warmly welcomed. A lovely stay with warm hospitality, thank you!

The restaurant setting was amazing, and I had a fantastic time at Diana hotel. The vegetarian food was nice, and the staff were welcoming. Reception were very helpful, and the waitresses were so thoughtful. Once they knew which table you were at, they'd bring your hot water, everything was ready. God bless.

It's a very quiet hotel, mostly visited by older Italian people, with hardly any tourists or families around. The staff are friendly and polite, always greeting you and trying to help. English isn't spoken very well by everyone, so knowing some basic Italian would be useful before coming to this area. The rooms have sun screens outside the balcony doors and AC, which you really need in today's hot summers. My only gripe was that there was no minibar in the room.

I used this family-run hotel as my base for a cycling holiday, and it worked out really well. The people are super friendly. They have a bike room with everything needed for assembling or repairing a bike, including a stand, professional tool kit, and floor pump with a manometer. There's everything for cleaning the bike too.

Thanks so much for a pleasant stay! The rooms were well equipped, and the staff were very helpful. Sorry my alarm clock started blaring so early. They handled breakfast really well during COVID-19, and I can't think of a better way to keep everyone as safe as possible.
