I went to an eighteenth-anniversary celebration at Palahotel Vallenoce recently, and it was another lovely evening. The elegant, welcoming setting was carefully arranged, with the event organized down to the details. Dinner was a highlight: fresh seafood, cooked beautifully and presented with care, in a refined menu that showed off both the ingredients and the kitchen’s skill. The venue is still beautiful and seems to get better over time, thanks to the owners’ ongoing care and enthusiasm. The Cardamone family remains a byword for professionalism, quality, and warm hospitality. It’s a dependable choice for special occasions and memorable events.
