STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The location is excellent, right on the beach, but the house is very dated and that was the least of our problems. The kitchen faucet had a serious leak, the toilet seat was broken, and water drained very slowly from both the bidet and bathroom sink. The washing machine needs to be reported to the local health authority: it was full of dirty water and smelled of rotten eggs. We couldn't use it anyway because there was a large hole in the water inlet pipe. The closets were packed with the owners' belongings and very dirty, and there was stuff all over the living room too. I understand wanting to save money, but a rental should have room for tenants to put their clothes away. Eduardo was available until we moved in, then disappeared when I reported problems that needed attention. I strongly advise against staying here.
