Antica Fattoria del Colle

Antonella, Roberto, and Matteo made the stay feel so warm and personal. They’re welcoming, genuine hosts, and it felt like the kind of place you’d want to stay in forever. The rooms, service, and location were all TOP, too. The food was another highlight. Antonella cooks with her son Matteo, and says, “I’m not a chef, I’m a mother.” Her dishes are simple and authentic, like something made by a mum. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you, Antonella, Roberto, and Matteo, for such wonderful days!

Breakfast is excellent, with everything homemade, and you can also have delicious platters of charcuterie. There isn’t a restaurant at the moment. The rustic setting has been restored beautifully, and the people running the agriturismo clearly love and care for the place. It’s a peaceful spot for exploring Umbria. Turn off the main road and follow the side road uphill for less than a kilometer to get there.

My wife and I felt as if we were staying with old friends. Antonella, Roberto, and Matteo are wonderful people, and the place itself is enchanting. We’ll definitely come back for their delicious dinners and generous breakfasts made with their own products. Maurilio and Emanuela

The food was a real treat, all made by them or sourced from local farms. The flavors felt pure and authentic, and even the plates looked mouth-watering! We stayed at Antica Fattoria del Colle for half a day in the Umbrian countryside and were charmed by the farmhouse, as well as Antonella and Roberto’s hospitality. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the way the indoor and outdoor spaces are furnished to the services they provide. Their heartfelt welcome made us feel at home. It’s now a must-stop for us in Umbria, and we can’t wait to return.
