The location is very handy for reaching lots of villages, and it’s absolutely quiet and peaceful. The room is spartan, really spartan, but fine as a base for exploring. As I already told the manager, I’d suggest replacing the mattress and linens. A few extra things would help too: a hairdryer, two coffee cups, and perhaps a bottle of water in the room, since the property is isolated.

The road to the property is steep and has no lighting, so be careful if you don’t have a decent car. The website photos have been altered, and the 1970s tablecloths and duvet smelled musty and damp. The room was cold and very humid even with the heaters on. Wind came through gaps in the old wooden doors and windows. The bed’s mesh base and sagging mattress made it extremely uncomfortable. Floors were damaged, and the bathroom was in poor condition. Absolutely avoid this place in winter, when it’s humid and freezing.

Mr. Marco and his wife were so friendly and kind during our two nights at the farmhouse. We had a wonderful stay, the place was excellent, and the wine Marco offered was truly good. We’ll be back. Michela and Carlo

Marco is friendly and helpful, and the environment is clean and well-kept. The rooms are spacious, as is the bathroom, which has all the comforts. The property sits amid greenery, rose gardens, olive trees, and fruit trees. It’s a strategic spot for visiting Perugia, Assisi, Spello, and more. We’ll definitely return!
